Droknar's Forge.
South-West corner, there's a statue, "/kneel" to it, and Vision of Glint shall appear, do 'Defend Droknar', then after you've completed that, you'll unlock the other Defend quests. |

also note that you have to have completed the game (Hell's Precipice), etc.
